Drevodel is provided on an "As is" basis. Continuous availability, as well as uninterrupted and error-free operation of Drevodel or any of its parts are not guaranteed. The Drevodel Administration does not guarantee that Drevodel or its components meet the goals and expectations of the User. The Drevodel Administration is not responsible for and does not compensate for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the User or third parties as a result of the use or inability to use Drevodel or its individual components.
The Drevodel Administration may make changes and additions to the terms of the Agreement without prior notice to the User. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication. The User is obliged to independently monitor changes to the Agreement. By continuing to use Drevodel, the User accepts all changes and additions to the Agreement in its current form.
The Agreement shall remain in force and effect during and after the User stops using Drevodel.
Only a person who has reached the age of 18 may become a Drevodel User. If you are younger than the specified age, you may use Drevodel only under the direct supervision and participation of your parents, who assume full responsibility.
The User agrees that the Administration bears no responsibility for their use of Drevodel, its capabilities and functions.
The User undertakes not to use any means or actions to violate the security or obtain data from other Users, as well as to disrupt the operation or cause any other harm to Drevodel.
Responsibility for any illegal actions of the User, as well as for any violations of the current Agreement lies entirely with the User.
The User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Administration of Drevodel, its affiliates, partners and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, costs, expenses or other harm of any kind, including attorneys' actions, arising out of or in connection with the User's use or non-use of Drevodel, use or non-use of the content, failure to comply with any provisions of the Agreement, violation of any laws or any rights of another person. The Administration of Drevodel is not obligated to indemnify, defend, release or hold harmless the User from liability in connection with the use or non-use of Drevodel.
By becoming a User, you do not acquire any agency, joint, partnership or any other relationship with the Administration of Drevodel.
The User is obligated to independently ensure the confidentiality of his account, and also bears full responsibility for any actions performed using his account. The User must not disclose or transfer access to his account to third parties.
The User is obliged to independently, without involving the Administration of Drevodel, resolve disputes with other Users and third parties, including compensation for any losses incurred by other Users or third parties as a result of his actions.
The User agrees that the Administration of Drevodel may at any time, in the event of a violation of the current Agreement or at its own discretion, terminate his Drevodel account, completely delete all data posted by him in Drevodel, including any content, and block access to Drevodel without priorthe User without prior notice.
The User agrees that the Administration of Drevodel may, at its sole discretion, remove any content from Drevodel without any liability to the User or any other party.
The User agrees that the Administration will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in cases provided for by the Law, including the transfer to law enforcement agencies of all User data available to the Administration.
The User's transition to third-party resources via links or contacts posted in Drevodel is carried out solely under the responsibility of the User.
Drevodel does not collect or pay any taxes or fees. Payment of any taxes, commissions and fees associated with the provision of content on Drevodel is the responsibility of the User.
The User may post content on Drevodel that is related exclusively to the scope of Drevodel.
Drevodel does not physically store the files of the content provided by the User. The content provided by the User is stored in the Telegram cloud storage. The Telegram service is fully responsible for the storage, safety and availability of the content.
The User has no right to post content on Drevodel:
- in any way violating the rules of Drevodel;
- the rights to which the User does not have or cannot dispose of;
- violating the rights of other users in any way;
- violating the law;
- aimed at causing any harm, including moral, to other persons and Users, as well as their computers and other equipment;
Any content provided by the User that violates the rules of Drevodel will be deleted by the Administration and the right to use Drevodel for this user will be blocked.
By downloading or purchasing content from Drevodel, you are receiving a "grant of rights" or "license" to use the received content, not the content itself. Your use of the received content must be in accordance with the license rights granted by the Author (licensor) of the content.
Understanding what type of license for content you are receiving through Drevodel and complying with those licenses is your sole responsibility.
The Author of the content retains copyright and ownership of the content.
The license offered by the Author is appropriate for your use case.
There is no guarantee that the received content will always be available on Drevodel.
The user is obliged to use the content for its intended purpose and in accordance with the provided license.
You agree not to distribute, resell or share content received through Drevodel with other Users or third parties, and not to post the received content there for its provision to other persons.
If the listed conditions do not suit you, you cannot receive content on Drevodel.
You are fully responsible for paying all possible taxes from fees associated with receiving content through Drevodel, including but not limited to paying fees for money transfers and currency conversion.
Drevodel does not make any refunds for content received through Drevodel.
If you believe that the purchased content does not function properly, does not correspond to the declared quality or description, you must resolve the conflict or agree on a return directly with its Author without involving the Drevodel Administration. You can report such content to the Drevodelo Administration for review and possible blocking.
Any content posted on Drevodelo belongs to its Author. Drevodelo does not claim any rights to use the content except for promoting and providing content on Drevodelo.
Drevodel does not provide technical support or maintenance of the content provided to Drevodelo by the Author.
Drevodel Administration will never, under any circumstances, require the User to provide access to his/her account data.
Drevodel Administration does not confirm and does not bear any responsibility for the content of any material provided by Users to Drevodelo.
Drevodel does not monitor or change the content uploaded by Users.
The Drevodel Administration has the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content provided by Users to Drevodel that, in the opinion of the Administration, in any way violates the terms of the Agreement or is otherwise undesirable for posting in Drevodel. The User unconditionally agrees to the removal of such materials from Drevodel and waives any claims against the Administration caused by the removal of the content provided by him.
The administration of Drevodelo shall not be held liable for any failures or delays in uploading or deleting content provided by Users.
The absence or delay of actions by the Administration on one point shall not be grounds for the absence or delay of actions by the Administration on other points of the functioning of Drevodelo.
Drevodel does not guarantee the safety and immutability of uploaded content.
Under no circumstances shall the Administration of Drevodelo be liable to Users or any third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages of any kind related to the use or non-use of Drevodelo and any services related to Drevodelo, and also cannot be notified of the possible likelihood of such damages.
The Administration of Drevodelo shall not be held liable for any content provided by Users to Drevodelo. All responsibility for the provided content remains with the User who provided it.
Private opinions of users expressed in any way using Drevodel are not the opinion of the Drevodel Administration and cannot be associated with it.
If you believe that content posted in Drevodel violates your copyright, trademark or any other property rights, send a notice to Drevodel's email address.
The notice must be in writing and must include:
- A clear and detailed description of the content or its element that violates copyright.
- An indication of the person who has legal rights to the published content.
